Rules for authors

AUTHORS SUBMITTING ARTICLES TO THE TOPICAL ISSUES OF TEACHING MATHEMATICS, PHYSICS AND INFORMATION SCIENCE JOURNAL ARE KINDLY REQUESTED TO ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES AS STIPULATED BY THE EDITORS

Scientific articles submitted to the editorial board of the journal must comply with basic publishing standards in accordance with the requirements of “GOST 7.1-2003 “Bibliographic record. General requirements and rules for drawing up"

  1. The number of articles by one author in a journal issue should not exceed 2 (two) articles written separately and/or jointly.
  2. the number of authors of the article should not exceed five people
  3. the degree of originality of the article after checking in the anti-plagiarism program must be at least 80%. If the article does not reach the required level of originality, the author is given the opportunity to correct the article. The author has to re-submit this article for plagiarism 1 more time. Only the author is responsible for the content of the article.
  4. articles sent to the editor must not have previously been published in other printed publications and are not subject to subsequent publication in other journals, including translation into other languages.
  5. the decision to accept an article for publication is made after a positive conclusion from two independent reviewers appointed by the editorial board.
  6. reviewing is carried out confidentially. The name of the reviewer is not disclosed to the author, and the name of the author is not disclosed to the reviewer.
  7. notification of payment is provided after the article is accepted for publication. The cost of publication in the journal is 5,000 tenge per article.
  8. the editors do not carry out literary and stylistic processing of articles.
  9. articles that do not meet the requirements are not accepted for publication
  10. The journal accepts articles throughout the year. When the number of articles accepted for the current journal reaches thirty, the acceptance of articles for this issue is suspended. The next article received by the editor is added to the next issue of the journal in chronological order and collected in a separate folder.

    After the publication of the current issue on the website https://pm.korkyt.edu.kz, the editorial board begins and carries out work on reviewing, checking articles and contacting the authors to prepare the next issue of the journal.

    An article rejected by the editorial board for publication will be replaced by the first article in the folder collected for the next issue, maintaining chronological order.

    The editors of the journal provide 3 days for each author to review their articles before publishing the latest version of the PDF version on the university website ISSUES OF TEACHING MATHEMATICS, PHYSICS AND INFORMATION SCIENCE JOURNAL” https://vestnik.korkyt.kz/ and on the Crossref website https://crossref.org/ Final version the journal will be published on the website after accepting the authors’ reviews, responses, etc. Notifications from authors are not accepted and the editors are not responsible for subsequent identified errors.

    The article (electronic version) must be sent to https://pm.korkyt.edu.kz. To submit an article for publication, registration on the site is required. If there are several authors of an article from different educational institutions or scientific institutions, this is indicated by the numbers “1,2”.

    To conduct a blind review, authors must provide two versions of the article (registration location is indicated on the website): the first - with personal data, the second - without personal data. In case of violation of the principle of confidentiality of reviewing, the article will not be considered.
